Growth On Inner Thigh, Pain On Walking, Standing, Black Discolouration. Cure For Growth?

I had a growth on my inner thigh for the last few years A few days ago it began to hurt a lot when walking or standing and now the color has changed completely to black From the reddish pinkish color it originally had. It is not a bump or a pimple its an actual growth as in like a atretch out skin with a ball at the end

its seems like a subcutaneous infection...more likely a fungal infection..itshappens due to prolonged sweating at sites which are prone for frequent friction like the inner surface of the thigh..i would suggest you to keep yourself clean and change your clothes frequently..wear soft cotton bottoms and underclothes to prevent further irritation..use anti-fungal dust powders available in the market..and would definitely advice for a dermatologist reference.
