Growth In Anus With Burning Sensation, Stomach Pain And Constipation And Fever. Any Home Remedy?

I suffer from gluten sensitivity and have been on a gluten free diet since March 2013. For weeks I have been constipated. Two weeks ago I noticed a growth in my anus that started to turn purple and grow. After cleaning with moist towelettes and applying with hazel after bowel movements the color of the growth disappeared (now it is skin color) and it shrunk in size (it is the size of a pea now). I have a burning sensation in my anus, stomach pain, constipation, and today I came down with a fever of 98.4. Should I go to the emergency clinic? Are there homecare remedies? I will see my Dr. on January 3rd, not sure if I should seek medical help sooner

Noted the history of gluten sensitivity and been on gluten free diet since March 2013 - constipation for weeks - growth in anus, that turned purple and grow, shrunk after cleaning, burning, stomach pain, fever today; wants to know whether to go to ER, any home-care remedies..
As per the history you have provided, this looks to be prolapsing pile and hence I would advise you the following:
Get an opinion of a General Surgeon for local examination, per-rectal examination and ano-proctoscopy to get the proper diagnosis.
If this is prolapsing pile, you need a surgery to get a cure.
Additionally take Sitz bath, laxatives to keep the stool soft and regular.
Take care and follow the advise of the General Surgeon.
