Group Of Spots, Itchy And Red At Base Of Spine. What It Could Be?

Hi recently I have a group of spots on the base of my spine and now I have a second group of spots, now on my left butt near the group at the base of my spine.
Do you have any suggestions of what it could be .
The first group of spots arrived about a week and a half ago, and the second group a few days ago. They are red and can be itchy and sometimes sore,

Hi, it seems that you are having fungal infection.. candidosis.. Take antifungal tablet like ketoconazole daily once.apply antifungal cream like clotrimazole cream..
Avoid soap bath. You use dettol liquid for bath. Keep the area dry. DM and other immunocompromised conditions should be ruled out. Improve higeine... Have healthy food and proper sleep.. I hope you will be benefitted.. Still, you consult dermatologist.. Ok
