Greenish Brown Bruises On Thighs. What Is The Cause?

I am 17 years old. I would wake up and see bruises on both my left and right thighs but they re just coin-sized and they are greenish brown. I m pretty sure I would remember poking myself if I did. And i m not really sure if it s a blood clot or what, but I can definitely see blood and it s just about the size of my bruises. I have 8 bruises on my left thigh and 5 on the right. What do you think this is?

hello there!
Unexplained bruises with no history of trauma or drug history is an indication of deranged platelets or any bleeding profile. A complete blood count with platelet emphasis and PT APTT INRs would be a good start. Consult the near by GP and Hematologist to sort out etiology for you.
Bruises that much unexplained with no trauma is no way normal. Needs work up.
Cheers
