Green, Yellow Discharge, Very Light Period, Back Pain, Painful Sex, Tummy Ache, Burning Sensation While Urinating. Cause?
Yes please im worried but embarrassed, i have been getting green discharge, my symptoms are i have had the green discharge before but it went away and has come bak but its not everyday sometimes yellowy colour, i have had a very light period for the last 2 months, i have back ache, sex is painful, my lower back really hurts, my tummy is painful like period pains sometimes, i feel sick sometimes, itchy and burning sensation sometimes, sometimes sore to go for a wee. Please help. I work nights and have been quite moody lately.

It might be due to bacterial vaginosis with fungal infection.
It usually occurs due to improper hygiene after unprotected sex,,severe perspiration.
You have to start local application like clindamycin with anti fungal cream.
Complete course of vaginal tablets containing clotrimazole,tinidazole and lactic acid bacillus.Oral antibiotic like azithromycin,secnidazole,cefixime and flucanazole-150.
Pain is due to pelvic inflammation,take nsaid with dicyclomin to subside it.
Avoid sex till get complete cure,avoid tight under garment,take proper local care.
If it is recurrent than go for investigations like cbc,urine,fbs,ppbs,vaginal swab smear,usg abdomen and consult gynecologist for further management.
