Green Stools, Green Tongue, Sore Throat, Yeast Infection, Urti Symptoms. Pepto-bismol, Gyne Lotrimin Taken. Advise?

I had green poop last night. A couple of times. Felt a tinge like diarrhea. I took a peptobismol last night, a chewable, and woke up with a green toungue. I am also have been experiencing symptoms of a yeast infection, a few days ago which I have been treating with gynalotrimin. Two days ago I had a soar throught and yesterday started having symptoms of an upper respiratory infection. This morning I am coughing up flem and have mucous in my nose as well indicating an infection. Will these go away on their own, or do I need to consult a doctor for further treatment?

It looks there is huge gush of bile into your gut. Faster bowel transit time can lead to green stool. Bile is literally green secreted into the gut from the gall bladder. it helps to digest fat. However in your case the bile passed out via stool since it did not have any action in the gut. The bile can sometimes take reverse flow into the food pipe and mouth causing green tongue. During journey it irritates the throat and leaves mucus etc appearing to be a Pharyngitis like scenario. Why did the bile gush out should be investigated? However the irritation in the throat and infection kind of feel will not last for more than 48 hours. If it lasts then it is most probably an infection and you need doctor's consult.
