Green mucus in bowel movements, fishy odour, growling sound from stomach. Cause of worry?

For the past few days I have notice a green mucous in my bowel movements that has a fishy odour. Other than some growling in the stomach/intestines and a sense of urgency for the bowel movement...there is no other symptoms (i.e. fever , pain etc). Is this a cause for concern or most likely a virus that will pass. Thank you.
