Hi, thanks for your query.
I can understand your concern of white hair in the beard at 23 years of age.
But don't feel depressed, or lose your self confidence. I shall try to help you out. There is no definitive treatment available for this.
Shaving your beard daily is the best way to deal with white hair.

In white hair there is no melanin (the pigment which gives color). Unfortunately there is no way to remove these white hair. Even lasers wont work as they require melanin as a medium.

You may try as follows:
-Take vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate) supplements 200 mg daily for 2-3 months.
-Apply Melitane1% gel (altris gel by alembic)which can stimulate pigment production in the hair.
-Take a diet rich in protiens, vegetables and fruits
-Avoid stress
-You may use hair color.(This will boost your self confidence as it gives insant results)

Hope this helps you.
