Hello ma'am and welcome.

Please visit your doctor who conducted the surgery and discuss things in more detail with him/her, as it is quite clear that your doctor has not informed you anything in detail about pros and cons of the surgery, what to expect and when to report to youe doctor. Please schedule a revisit ma'am, and at the sametime discuss the problem of irregular periods with him/her. This might call for a few more investigations, to find the exact cause.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
