Got small red bumps on penis. had unprotected and oral sex. Is it genital warts?

Hi, I ve been having unprotected sex and oral sex with a girl i am dating starting around 33 days ago and yesterday noticed two small adjacent red bumps on the bottom of my penile shaft. There isn t any pain, but my scrotum itches a little from time to time (may be unrelated). Could this be genital warts , herpes , or fungal? thanks!

Hello
Thank you for getting in touch with us. As I see, you have noticed two small red bumps on the penile shaft. As you have started dating someone in the last few days, you are right to be worried about a sexually transmitted disease (STD). It would not be possible for us to comment without having a look at it. Therefore, we would recommend you to get in touch with a Dermatologist and get it examined. We would also recommend you to use proper protection in form of condoms or other barrier methods in the future to avoid contracting STDs and other dangerous diseases. Hope this helps
Regards
