General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Welcome to the forum. I suggest you to gat radiology and ultrasonography done to rule out any internal injuries or external fractures.

For temporary relief you can take analgesics like nimusulide/paracetamol combinations. You can also apply locally pain relieving oitments and sprays. Hot formentation can help you feel better.

Avoid getting drunk as it only leads to agonies. Do not massage the wounds, avoid picking up weight. Get investigated and treated well. Take care.
