Got Periods Accompanied By Stomach Ache, Dizziness. Check Up Required?

hi my 13 year old started her period on oct 13(first time) and this month it came nov 5 week and last night she started complaining of a tummy ache and dizzy..no fever thuo..should i take her to a walk in clinic as r family dr is closed...this is day two of dizzyness off and on...my mom said last week she left sick to her stomach badly and a little dizzy but she just kept taking gavel...i dont know what to do

The first time periods are many times associated with symptoms like cramps in the abdomen and dizziness. This can happen due to weakness caused by the bleeding. Taking adequate fluids will help in improvement.
