Welcome to Healthcare Magic,
If your symptoms will last more than one week then we have to take in consideration sinus inflammation/infections, in such case you may use for first 4-5 days topical corticosteroidsnasal spray or topical vasoconstrictor Phenylephrine for decongestion and then continue with non-steroidal spray such a xylomethazoline , plus antibiotics ( most effective penicillin group such amoxicillin, , augmentin ). As a general measures continue steam inhalation and hot beverages that will promote drainage.
I wish you good luck and speedy recovery,
Hope this helps and I have answered your query.
Best Regards,
Dr.Mihail
