Got Lump And Bruises Around Eye After Getting A Hit. Should I Be Concerned?

I got kneed in the head on Sunday playing football near around my eye and the temple, at first a lump came out and i think it had disappeared Monday /tuesday not really sure.... But it s now thursday evening / Friday morning and the bruising around my eye seems to be getting slightly worse and going yellow/ purple around the temple and I can feel a a little lump just smaller than a malteaser on the end of my eye brow where I got hit and still hurts quite a bit. Should I be worried

Thanks for writing to HCM

You need clinical examination by ophthalmologist.
Blunt trauma to eyes should be taken seriously. It can led to many problems.
CT Scan can also be done to exclude any bony fracture and brain parenchymal injury.
At present you can take analgesics and serratopeptidase tablets.
Further treatment depends upon findings.
