Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
Desonide is a mild topical steroid which over long term use can cause excessive hair growth.
Depiwhite does not contain any steroid. However, it also should be used with caution under a dermatologist' s advice and supervision.
It could be used on your ears also.
I would also advise you to use a good sunscreen every 3 hours and also physically cover your face with a scarf while traveling.
Hope this helps.
