Got hot, lightheaded, dizzy, nauseous, shaky all of a sudden. Blood sugar levels 94. Reason?

Today around 4:30pm I went to the grocery store, bought groceries and then went to pick my daughter up at daycare. When I went into the daycare I all of a sudden got very hot, light headed, and dizzy. I felt nauseous and then when I got outside I started gettig very shaky. I took my blood sugar when I got home with my grandpas sugar checker and it was 94. I dunno what is going on.

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum, Most probably it is the syncope caused due to exposure to the rays of early sun, gastritis , hyper tension , hypo tension or middle ear infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and conformation. For conformation you may need to get H.b, Dc, E.S.R, R.B.S, X ray P.N.S, etc.
Besides i advise you some diet recommendations Avoid taking chellies, spices, to avoid gastritis, fruits juices, ice water to avoid rhinitis and sinusitis.
Your sugar level is normal so you need not think of diabetis. If you are already diabetic and using drugs there may be a possibility of hypoglycemia due to excess drug in the blood, or less intake of food. Wishing for a quick recovery and no recurrence, and thanks for calling.
