Got Hit On The Knee. Now The Place Is Blue. Hurts When Touching. Now Feeling Something Moving In Knee. Treatment?

So I was playing football (soccer) 2 days ago, and there was a guy running towards me with ball, so I decided to tackle him, but I put my leg too far and he ran really hard into my knee, and now the place what I hit is a bit blue, so I sometimes touch it and it hurts really bad when I do touch it. After I got hit it felt for sometime like something is even moving in the knee, what is that?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It seems that there has been an internal bleeding in the knee joint causing a hematoma formation. Injury to internal knee joint structures like ligaments and menisci is also possible. Do get an MRI scan done for diagnosis.
