Emergency Medicine Specialist Dr. Sheeba Stephen's  Response
Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

From the description of your injury and considering the fact that you did not have any loss of consciousness or any other serious complications, you don't have to worry about it. However, to be on the safer side, I would suggest that you watch for any danger signs like severe headache with projectile vomiting, alteration in consciousness, any bleeding from the ear or nose and any weakness or sensory deficits. If you develop any of these danger signs, then you should get immediate medical attention.

Best wishes,
Dr. Sheeba Stephen
