Got Burn By Boilng Water On Stomach, Red Color, Wounds, Applying Silverx Which Fored Resin. Shall I Remove It?
i got burn by boilng water on my stomech its very severe there are burn sikin with red colour and wounds also i was treted with tap running water for two hours and i appled silverx immidiatly after and next day i applid coconut burn power with coco oil and now since three days i keep appling silverx 2 ww it fored rexin like shall i remove that rexin or keep appling on rexin pl advice

From your query it appears that there is scab/ Crust formation over the wound. It seems to be superficial to upper dermal burn which formed scab on third day. Please stop doing home remedies for your problem as it can get infected any time. Secondly can form bad scar or keloid if not properly treated. Have you took Tetanus toxoid injection after it?? or are you properly immunized. If not, then go to a doctor who can give the same and also can give proper antibiotic and dressing to treat the wound properly. Please don't try to pull the scab by yourself as it can definitely be very painful and leave raw area prone for infection.
