Got A Typical Chest Pain, Have High BP, Cholesterol And Diabetic. What Is The Next Course Of Treatment ?

I have high blood pressure high closterol and a diabetic. I havebeen to the er recentally for chest pain. I have twice been diagnosied with atypical chest pain. I has a stress test today which set me to the hosipitalagain being daignossised with atypical chest pain. What is the next course of treatnment I can expect? Strong family history ofhigh blood pressure, strokes, cardiolpulmanoary hypertesion which my sister died of at a young age 47.

Hi, atypical chest pain could be due to muscle pain, infection in the chest associated with cough, or gastric pain, due to anxiety, gastric irritation due to irritant foods.
i to my patient with such symptoms prescribe omeprazole, domperidone, and antacid gel . Thank you.
