We understand your concerns

I went through your problem description. You have nothing to worry, I feel.

Chorea is an abnormal involuntary movement disorder, and is a neurological disorder. It shows genetical affiliation only with Wilson's disease, a genetic disorder that leads to toxic levels of copper in the body.

You can have the girl checked for that. But it is better to give them permission if they are already determined. You cannot foresee what is going to happen in the future and therefore, don't try to foresee their future. That can cause unnecessary anxiety. They know how to live their life. Please understand.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
