Hello,

Broadly blackouts are related either to the brain or the heart causes.

In most cases decreased blood supply to brain is the underlying cause.

The patient has undergone the necessary investigations for the brain and its blood supply.

Carotid Doppler can help evaluate blood supply to brain.Since CT brain was normal we can consider intra cranial blood vessels are normal. If these are normal, one should also consider the possibility of certain heart related diseases.

Heart related causes leading to blackout are abnormal rhythms of the heart, ectopic beats, never blocks or simply drop in blood pressure. ECG and 2D Echocardiography test can be helpful. Holter monitoring can help evaluate heart rhythm over a period. So I would suggest you to see the doctor who after clinical examination suggest the investigations needed in your case. The treatment can be proposed deepening on the underlying cause.
