Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Gilbert syndrome usually does not cause these problems. You should avoid eating fatty food, spicy food. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Do brisk walking exercise everyday for 40 minutes which will help you a lot. Have you been sexually active, have you done a pregnancy test. You could have had a Hepatitis attack due to the food poisoning. It is best to get a thorough checkup to rule out Hepatitis. You seem to be getting frequent colds, fatigue which can be signs of sinusitis as well. Better to get a thorough checkup by your Doctor for proper diagnosis and management.
