Getting Regular Abdominal Cramps, Irregular Periods, Lump Under Earlobe. What Could Be Wrong?

I am getting regular abdominal cramps and very irregular periods which are heavy and too frequent. When not on a period i get a heavy and smelly discharge . I also have a lump under my earlobe and a dark patch of skin on my arm . in conbination with the fact that im always tired and have large mood swings can these syptoms be related?

The heavy and too frequent periods are likely to be due to a dysfunctional uterine bleeding. This is not related to the lump under the ear lobe and the abdominal cramps that you are having. Hormonal tests are needed to find out the cause.
