Getting Pimples On Face, Scalp. Reason. Treatment?

Hi, I am Geetha and I am 23years old. I am facing a problem with the skin on my upper body as well as the skin on my scalp .. The skin on the upper body including face gets small red bumps with a little area getting red around it, when in contact with water.. And on the scalp, I get bumps that resemble pimples . Can I know the reason for these problems.. As well as how to cure them..?

Hello.i think pimples in your case is due to excessive seborrhea.use ketaconazole shampoo for scalp and a mild cleanser for the face.use clindamycin in the morning and retinoic acid ovet face pimples in the night for shorrt contact period
