Getting Pain And Blood During Bowel Movement. Cause And Cure?

for the last 4 days, every time I go to poop the toilet bowl is FULL of normal red colored blood, but alot of it, I go about 3 times a day and its so much blood, the first time it happened It hurt to go and there was alot of blood, and ever since it doesnt hurt but theres alot of blood, and when I even push and cant poop, blood still comes out.

Thanks for posting your query.
Painful bowel movements and blood in stool suggest hemorrhoids. however there are many other cause that may present similarly like proctitis, Inflammatory bowel disease and anal fissure.
You are advised to visit your doctor for physical examination and get tests like stool analysis, proctoscopy, colonoscopy.
You should avoid spicy and heavy food, take soft diet. Avoid straining during defecation.
