I get nausea in the morning sometimes, I am not pregnant had a hysterectomy and am 58 years old. I don't actually vomit just feel nauseous. Sometimes it gets better when I eat, depending on what I eat. I do have chronic constipation but have never been nauseous before. my stomach is bloated and I do have a wheat allergy.

Greetings of the day

Your symptoms could possibly be due to acid peptic disease. I suggest you to eat frequent small meals, avoid skipping meals, fatty and oily foods to be avoided. Proton pump inhibitors like pantaprozole will help.
I hope it helped

Take care
