Getting head reeling while walking and sitting. Done tests for ears and spondylitis. Recently pace maker was inserted. How to treat the problem?

I am getting head reeling. I got tested my ears, spondilitis. But there was no complaint. Recently as it was suspected of Pace maker, it was inserted. But the problem remains same. I get it when I walk only. But recently, I am feeling slightly while sitting which was not there earlier. Pl. give me some idea about the problem and how to treat it.
