is a very common side effect of valparin chrono and you might want to start taking it at night first and then start taking the medication in the daytime as well if the night medication does not give you morning drowsiness. Hair loss and dizziness
are common side effects, however blackouts are rare. I also wonder what you mean by blackouts, since the layman's term for black outs is different. I also believe that you should consult your doctor before you try any other medications or switch medications. You should do so as soon as possible.
