I have genital sore on my penis head , its more painful, red in color, but no discharge. i developed this after having sex with my partner. we used condoms only but the condom got torn due to hard sex. can i know what are the causes of genital sores. Is it dangerous or deadly ?

any sore on the private part should be checked with the doctor as I know of, later it may embarass you by disfiguring your private organ.
