Hello,

You may continue antacids. Barret's esophagus is a risk factor for future adenocarcinoma of the esophagus so please follow up with repeated endoscopies.

But the remaining part is don't worry. Avoid spicy food and alcohol intake. Take a soft diet and green leafy vegetables. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
