hi since many years i have a problem of passing the gas, many times going to toilet in a day and taking long time in the toilet .. i have never taken it seriously. i am 27 year old and wish to get rid of this now

It seems that you might have chronic constipation giving rise to all these problems.
It is also possible that you might have chronic amoebiasis.
Go for stool test and then go for anti amoebic treatment.
Take plenty of fiber diet and plenty of water.
Go for recti muscles exercise.
