Hi,

1. You can regularise your bowel movements and try to avoid going more ofter. The rhythm should be fixed.

2. Eat plenty of fibrous food like fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk food and carbonated drinks. Drink plenty of water.

3. Every day 30min outdoor exercise will help you to get your body rhythm in control and for your bowel movements.

4. You can have Tab Pantoprazole with domperidone every evening 30 min before food. This will help you.

5. Avoid mastrubation mare often and involve in health activities.

Hope this helps you.

Regards
