I understand that you have no insurance at present. In my suggestion, I think you only need to go to your primary care
physician, get yourself examined for Thyroid dysfunction
, probably get your T3, T4 and TSH
tests done and that is it. If your thyroid function is normal, you may probably get an Electrocardiogram done to see if all is fine with your heart.
It is probably that you are more stressed with your work; there may be calcium depletion as well.
You may consider taking multivitamin
supplements and calcium supplement
on a daily basis for a few months and check for improvement in your symptoms.
I am sure that there isn't anything majorly wrong with you. You must do moderate physical activity daily to keep yourself healthy and active.
