Gained weight, breasts become big, periods once in a year, pregnancy test negative. Suggestions?

HI, I have gained a lot of weight, my breasts have grown quite a bit. Every time I ve taken a pregnancy test , it comes back negative. I don t eat a whole lot of food nor do I snack a whole lot. My periods are very spread out. I usually have 1 every 10 - 11 1/2 months. My husband thinks I should take (yet) another pregnancy test, but I don t want to be disappointed. What is your opnion

HI DEAR THANKS FOR YOUR QUESTION.YOUR gaining weight along without taking too much of food,your breast size are increasing and your periods irregular,Dear all the symptoms you described points towards two clinical conditions No1;Hypothyroidism and No 2; poly cystic ovarian disease syndrome (POSD) .you should get your self investigated for both conditions.For hypothyroidism you have to do blood test ,called TSH.For POSD you get your get your ultrasound and as well hormonal profile done and consult some gynecologist for further management.
