Fuzzy Ear After Cotton Bud Got Stuck. Use Olive Oil Or Get Them Syringed?

Hi, three weeks ago I inadvertently stuck a cotton bud too far into my ear. My ear now feels fuzzy. I have tried otex ear drops but they made my ear feel worse. For the last 9 days I have put a few drops of olive oil in the ear each day. it isn t making much difference. Do you think I need to get them syringed or should I use the olive oil a little longer? There is no pain.

The safest way to have any foreign body removed from an ear canal is to let an ENT do it. Any other method would increase the risk of injury and damage.
