Frontal Hair Loss. Prescribed Minoxidil, Not Able To Get It. Suggest Alternate Medicine?
hi,doctor i have frontal hair loss at the first stage,my hair become thiner and thiner every day. im in zanzibar islands,tanzania in africa and i have been looking for minoxidil(rogaine) all over the country but i could not find it.some doctors said our country does not order such kind of drugs.plz help my age is 23 and im a poor man

Your pattern of frontal baldness seems you are having male pattern hair loss which is mostly inherited. It is the most common alopecia or hair loss in men and can also start in young age also.
Minoxidil is essential part of treatment for alopecia. You can consult dermatologist in Zanzibar and can start alternative medications like Finasteride oral tablet and other multivitamin supplement containing biotin and folic acid etc.
