Frequently Delayed Periods After Marriage, Negative Pregnancy Test. What Is The Cause And Remedy?

i got married about 3 months ago... after 5 days of marriage i got infection,doctor said it is common after marriage,then i got periods first time after marriage. then i havent got periods and after 20 days of the date i got it...... i have done pregnancy test but it was negative. now again i havent got periods after 10days of due date. what should i do now? 4 days before i have done test but it was negative.my age 22 years,hgt 5 feet 2 inches. wt 55kg,i feel slight lower back pain from last 12, 13 days. waiting for reply. thanks

pelvic scan to rule PCOD IS important.
HYSTEROSALPINGOGRAM should be taken to confirm tubalpatency.
if everything is normal you can go for ovulation induction with follicular study with iui.
