General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears that you have some infection, may be S.T.D. or a urinary tract infection. So i advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe fluconazole, cifixime, and ornidazole. Thank you.

Hi,
if you are on birth control pill and taking regularly, there is no risk of having pregnancy even you take drink.
Feeling of having of pain and slight bleeding might be due to rough sex under the effect of drunk.
Keep local part clean.
Take plenty of water.
