Frequent Urination, Itchy Vagina, Digestive Problems With Burps On Swallowing. Taking Birth Control. What Could Be The Problem?
I am 16 and in the last 5 days I have felt like I have to pee a lot. At first I just thought that it may be a urinary tract infection but today right inside of my vagina has been very itchy as well. Also within the last month or so I have had serious problems with digestion everytime I eat. I feel like I have to burp whenever I swallow food but I can t. I don t know I these two things run together at all but I just want to know if anyone has any ideas of what is wrong with me before I see a doctor. I am also on birth control .

Itching and frequent urination suggests an infection in your vagina, most commonly of fungal origin. My advice is to visit an OBGYN specialist and let the doctor have a look at your symptoms. The doctor will advice Clotrimazole pessaries and a course of Metronidazole if associated bacterial infections are present.
Your burping and abdominal symptoms are not associated with this.
On a side note I want to add that being on birth control at this young age is not advisable. There are numerous studies which shows a high chance of Cervical cancer in girls who are active in sex before the age of 18.
