Frequent Urination, Inflammation In Pelvic Area. What Is The Cause?

I have been waking up at night to urinate at least once or twice a night. I empty my bladder completlely. When I exercise and do a kick back exercise( on all fours and kick back legs up) I end up feeling some ilnflamation in my pelvic area. iPad a tubal litigation ten years ago. Bladder problem waking up now one year. What could possibly be causing this? Thanks debbie

Hi,
from history it seems that you might be having lax pelvic floor muscles or might be having Cestocele (prolapse of bladder ).
consult gynaec and get examined.
