Frequent Urination, Burning In Urinary Tract, Colon Pain, Red Particles In Urine. Serious Symptoms?

hello, i had frequent urination with bourning pain on urinay tract whole of the las week. these symptoms decrease now, but i have some pains in colon and stomach regions that acompany with tiny red particle in urine , can you help me? it s dangerous? it s neccessery to say, my period diuration is near. could these symptmes connected to period diuration? thank you

are your symptoms occur every month before period(menses)??
you have to do one urine microscopic analysis for redness in urine and to rule out infection.
blood in urine SHOULD NOT BE IGNORED!
