Your son's urine analysis report does indicate the possibility of a mild
urinary tract infection, yet this result is very inconclusive. This will have to be backed up by another test called a urine culture examination, which will help in finding the infection causing organism as well as provide information on the most suitable antibiotic that can be used to treat the infection (if present).
Thus, please re-visit your doctor and get this investigation done, the report takes 24-48 hours to return, thus the earlier this is done the better.
In the meantime, please give your son plenty of water and also add cranberry juice to his diet, which has proved to have added benefits in relieving urinary tract infection-symptoms. Please also be informed that consumption of more amount of water will also result in
frequent urination, please do not be alarmed by this.
