Frequent Urination. Tingling Sensation On Neck Of Penis. Tests All Fine. Guidance?
HI Doctor, from last two months, I feel I have to pee after every 15 minutes. What happens is that I feel some sensation/tinggling feeling at the neck of penis and then I feel that I wont be able to stop my urin. It is kind of feeling one can have when he is at the peak of masterbation where he cant stop ejaculation. I have been through some tests and they are normal. No stone or protein or stuff in the urin. I am 30 and not married yet and havent been into any sexual relationship. Could you please guid me what should i do and why it is happening?.
how often do you pee? Your bladder fills at the rate of 1 ml per minute. Because of this the bladder is about full to the limit at about 400 minutes. If that is the case then the bladder contracts and urine is forced out. Noone can possibly stop urinating at that point.
The cause for this is that you are not getting aware that you are urinating or that your bladder is full. What you need to do is to meet a neurologist. If you had injury to the spine, then it clearly means that you have a denervated bladder and this is causing your symptoms. I hope this helps.
