Frequent Urination. All Tests Normal. Problem Specially At Night. What Is Causing This?

Halo Sir, Good evening, I am John from Muscat, sir for the last 3 years I have been suffering from frequency of urination . As per investigation ultrasound of prostate gland normal, blood sugar fasting, glycoselated hemoglobin normal and renal function normal. Bot still I suffer esp at night.what could be the reason ?

Thanks for posting on HCM,

If all the above possibilities are ruled out then the other likely possibilities are overactive bladder (urge incontinence), neurogenic bladder ( is a problem in which a person lacks bladder control due to a brain, spinal cord, or nerve condition), urinary tract infection (all possible germs need to be cultured and identified after urine sampling) etc. Also get your prostate rechecked and screen for diabetes (fasting blood sugar).
You will need to revisit a urologist who can do a proper evaluation and maybe offer a treatment if needed.
