Hello and welcome to health care magic. Thanks for your query.

Since you are having frequent episodes of urinary tract infection in spite of taking antibiotics I would suggest you to consult a urologist for complete physical examination as well as few basic investigations like – urine routine and urine culture and sensitivity tests to detect the organism which is growing and start of with appropriate antibiotic as per the sensitivity reports.

Sometimes obstruction anywhere along the kidney to urethra may cause frequent infection , even that has to be ruled out by ultrasound scan of your urinary system ( usg- KUB).

I would suggest you to check your sugars as well ( fasting and postprandial).

Take plenty of fluids orally, keep your genital region clean and dry.

Wish you all the best
