Frequent Urge To Urinate, Premature Ejaculation, Regular Masturbation. All Test Results Normal. Cause?

Hi, I have a problem with frequent urination . I have to goo pee if i take water/ any liquid. some times even within 10 mins. Say after drinking two bottles of beer i have to go pee atleast 5/6 times within next an hour or so. Eeverytime i go i feel i am done, then again within few mins i feel like i need to go pee, and it s become impossible to hold it. I did (4-5 years) blood test , urine test, some test (like drinking water and holding it for some time and they did some xray while i feel my bladder is full) and they did not find anything. BTW i have also an issue premature ejaculation . FYI i have been masturbating since 18 years. Now i have 39 years old.

Hello
Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have been been indulged in masturbation since last 19 years and now facing problem of premature ejaculationFirst of all there is myth in a mind of common man that excessive masturbation is the reason of all sexual problemsBut I would like to state that it has been discussed in scientific forums all over the world and proved scienificaly that masturbation does not have any negative effect on any organ or system in the body. All the problems that you are facing now are mind related and due to anxiety. Following measures will help to boost up your level of confidence and allay anxiety and there by improve your sexual performance,
1) Practice moderate exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 hour.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vitamins A,C,E,D.fruits and vegetables .
3) Avoid alcohol and smoking .
4)Take some anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday.
As regards your increased frequency of micturition it is most likely to be due to Over Active Bladder Syndrome Please take medication like Darifenacin after discussing and getting prescription from your family Doctor.
