General & Family Physician Dr. Mohammed Tauseef's  Response
Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
Does he have fever or vomiting? You should be taking him to a Pediatrician so that he can examine him and rule out if he has a Infection. He may examine him and suggest, Blood and stool culture if necessary along with Blood and Urine Routine. Your baby may require antibiotics and anti diarrheals. Feed your baby ORS solution and plenty of fluids. Continue to breastfeed. Take him for regular follow up.

Hope i have answered your query, I will available for your follow up queries.

Take Care.
