Hello!

Thank you for the query.

As your symptoms are present for so long with you, doctors visit is extremely advisable. Your symptoms can be caused by serious condition like partial bowels obstruction due to colon cancer or inflammatory bowels disease. Pancreas inflammation is also possible. Weight loss, lack of energy, weakness is always a serious symptoms which can appear due to cancer.
That is why I suggest you to do not wait anymore and visit your doctor. Blood work, liver tests, pancreas tests, stool tests, abdominal X-ray and abdominal ultrasound should be done at first. Colonoscopy should be the next one.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
