What Causes Dull Headache Along With Sore Throat?

I have had dull headaches now for several weeks. And sometimes during the day my head feels heavy or cloudy. Sore throat many mornings. Occasionally when I blow my nose in the morning there is a bit of blood. Tonight in the middle of the night I had a nose bleed that would not stop. Of course it did stop, but after about 15 minutes. First time I have ever had a nosebleed really of any kind.

Welcome to Health care magic forum,
Dull headache,heaviness in head and sore throat could be symptoms of chronic sinusitis. It may be associated with nasal discharge, but blood stained discharge is rare. If you got a blood stained discharge than you may take few first aid treatments like pinch your nostril with two finger and sit forward for 5 to 6 minute. Don't be panic because it may raise your B.P. Than apply some cold compression with ice pack. You can use some xylometazoline nasal drops too.
Avoid blowing of nose for 24 to 48 hrs. If symptom persits than see an ENT specialist for X-ray PNS or CT Scan or a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to see the source and the cause.
